Car: '96 GSR 2dr

I found my driver's side mirror just danglin' one day after getting off of work. After a closer examination, I found that there is a small plate in the electric mirror assembly that has broken free. The good part is that it's a very inexpensive looking pot-metal piece with a hole in the middle for the screw, which I still have. The bad news? The local wrecking yards will only sell a whole assembly for $100 or more.

Do you guys know where to find small parts like this? I'm selling the car very soon and can't have a rubber band holding the mirror level like it is now.
