my integra's clutch grabs at the top. most of my friends old teg n b16 civic hb grabs below.. is this normal ? i think i still have a good cluctch cause before i had the engine major tune up they changed the timing belt, drive belts, tensioner, water pump, i had them bleed my clutch master cylinder. then suddenly it grabs at the bottom now.. anyone knows what to do would be apreciated

 

its supposed to grab near the bottom and be fully engaged at the top.
