There's a very simple way to solve this question.
What does your VIN number begin with?
JH4DC2?
JH4DC4?
JH4DB7?
JH4DB8?

There's an article in the Integra FAQ that answers this question in detail.

well thats all and good depending weather or not its had a engine swap, the best place to look is on the engine tag, its on the front of the motor where it meets the trany, it will say it there.

yes, its had a engine swap... my motor now is not the original motor. last i knew before i bought it, it had a GSR motor in it. then it went to a couple of people before i became owner. threw the couple of people i found out that the kid was still running the GSR but it was blown, and he was waiting for it to give out. so im sure that my motor isnt the GSR, but im hoping i still have the GSR tranny, and computer.. so all i have to do is read the plate on the motor an post that back to you an ya'll will know?? sweet... ill post my engine code tomorrow... thanks again

well, i cant update you with the motor number... because last night i shifted to hard into 2nd gear and broke my shifting linkage.. but it ripped threw 2nd so it was almost worth it, cause its 2nd gear never been that good before. so i brought it up to a friends house, and hes going to fix it, and tell me everything about my car an what tranny, motor, an computer i have.. so all and all its worth it because im going to receive new information about my car and i impressed myself with me hitting 2nd gear the way i did.... but thanks to all for your help.. you'll be seeing plenty more posts from me...
