I have a Honda integra 94.
I have problems shifting reverse and when is in D4 I cant reach the 4th shift.
In the morning when i start, the reverse is working, but when it comes hot, the reverse doesnt work.
I want to know what can i do before taking out or throwing out the transmission.

Have you ever changed your auto tranny fluid?

First thing to check is the fluid level and the quality of the fluid, maybe its time to flush it out.
