DC Sports has a similar system. Works alright, but eliminates your cat.

No it eliminates the cat all together and bolts directly to the comptech cat-back system. The bad thing is they are $1100, how much are the DC sport ones?

Similarly priced.

For the same price, I'd pick up a hytech and have better power figures.

Thats why this header is so "controversial"

It seems Comptech basically ripped Hytech's design and began producing it with their name on it.

its just a header with a "built in" straight pipe. same shizzy as getting a straightpipe at a muffler shop.
