Is there a way to make the cooling fan run all of the time? The original owner took out the a/c so the second fan never engages. It's hard for me to believe that the engine stays @ perfect temp for the first fan not to engage, ever. I was just a little worried.:noes: Let me know if this is a big deal or not. Spanks.

You can just hook it up to your ignition, which will make it run whenever the car is on. Or, run the wire to a switch inside so you can manualy turn it on.

If & when you decide to go turbo, you will most likely need a slim fan instead of the factory setup. They can be had for $50-$70 on honda-tech. I would just leave it alone in the mean time.

The AC fan is only used when the AC is turned on. If the AC is removed I would take that fan out...it is doing nothing but adding weight to your car.
I have been running with no AC for 2 years now and only my stock radiator fan on a stock radiator. No cooling problems at all!

I might be just mixed up about which fan kicks on...I'm at work so I can't really check right now.

ok...that's what confuses me. See when i turn on my a/c (which doesn't currently work so we bypassed the compressor to get the fan to work), the rightside fan kicks on. You say this is the cooling fan, however.

To your left, the car's passenger side, is the radiator fan. To your right, the car's driver side, is the AC fan.
Make sure that your bipass of the compressor is hooked up to the correct fan...there is a switch next to the driver side headlight. If it is wired to the wrong fan that could be the culprit.
