Default Buying a 92 gsr

It dosen't have any spark, is it common to have distributer problems or are their any other issues that are common.

Very common for a car that age. Even for the price of a distributor, it is worth it IMO. Most common problem would be either the coil or the igniter inside the distributor, but there could be other problems that should be checked as well, such as the main fuel relay (MFR).

Main fuel relay can still cause issues and it is a common part to go bad as well, which is why I mentioned it.

I would check your coil and igniter then.

I believe the guy changed out the coil and the ignitor.
