Assembling Koni/GC setup
Ok, so i've had my Koni yellows/GC coilovers sitting in my room for about a month now because i havent had time to install them.... well its time. I just wanted to know if i really needed to use everything the koni sports and coilover sleeves came with... do i need to use the silver circle things (perches or something) before i put on the coilover? Do i need all the nuts, washers, and little black cylinder things that came in the little bag w/ the konis? Am i really suppose to cut the top part of the bump stop (or whatever that thing is called) from my old shocks and use it on the new setup like it says on the instructions.... I also need help assembling the two together... i dont know what goes where and in what order. If you guys can help me out i'd really appreciate it. I searched around and couldnt find anything.

You don't need to use the metal perches that the Koni Yellows come with unless you are installing springs. You have to modify the stock tophats to accommodate the new shocks. The rubber spring seat needs to be replaced with the polyurethane one provided and the dowel pin replaced with the wider one. You also need to cut the bump stops in half and you can't reuse the dust covers.
