wait time out!!!!!you sprayed brake cleaner on the inside your injectors ? you could have damaged them, but lets hope not for you sake, what it sounds like is your starter isnt getting enough to start the motor, take it out and have it tested, its like 70-90 bucks for new one at any parts store and it only takes a hour to do the job if not could be a bad fuel relay

i changed filter and no the starters fine it cranks fine but just wont turn over

It's very possible that the break parts cleaner messed up your injectors.

Try spraying ether (starting fluid) into the intake manifold. For best results, you should remove the air cleaner and hose up to the throttle body. Open the butterfly on the TB and spray the ether directly inside the IM. Try and start your car immediatly after. If it starts for a moment, you probably screwed up your injectors.

check the ordering fire on the cap, that might have something to do with it too

Fireing Order? or Order of Fire? h:
I was assuming he at least checked that. BTW How old is the gas in the tank?

fresh cuz i dropped the tank..... also i check order in manual and its fine
