Default vtec solenoid gasket

i want to put a new one on along with cam seals, is this hard to do?

to Change the Vtec Solenoid gasket, is just removing the 3 bolts from the Vtec solenoid removing the old one and putting in the new one, that it!!

does this actually make a difference? I mean, how would you know when it needs to be replaced?

When vtec doesn't engage properly or you have a CEL because the screen is clogged.

doing it because of a little bit of oil that is leaking down
what about the cam seals friend says it might be leaking from them i i might need new ones.
