ok i have a integra ls and i dont plan on boosting the engine so ima go with the high compression type r head - is this a good plan? and if i get the ls vtec conversion kit would i still need to modify the block???

I'll tell you before everyone else does....SEARCH! This topic is well covered in here and on Team Integra. For the head I'd suggest searching eBay, they are all over the place on there.....

you should do a search, LS/VTEC has been covered soo many times. just search it and look at what people are using for there setups

ITR heads are highly overrated. Look into a B16 or GSR head.

 

I agree with Schmoo about the head. A B16A2 should suffice just fine and rev up quicker. Anyway, how do you like the magnaflow exhaust? I was considering getting one. Do you have any pics?

 

sorry i dont have any pics of the exaust , but i have a magnaflow big bore catback eexaust. and no cat ? so it may sound differant

and lls block b16b head? hp gain from this head ??????

 

Go to the Engine swaps Forum, and do a lot of research before attempting an Ls/vtec!!
