itr heads flow slightly better because they have a very mild port and polish from the factory and have bigger cams and a better valvetrain. but if you plan to build up the head anyway just buy the cheaper b16 head.

Pro's: ITR has better OEM flow.
Cons: 1 itr head costs the same as 4 b16 heads.

Bottom line -- do you ever plan to modify?? If yes, then don't waste money on the ITR head. With the lower compression LS pistons, an ITR head won't gain you much power over the B16 head.

B16 if you turbo (has better flow). you can really go wrong with either head, i would turbo or all motor either one, it's really up to you and what you can get your hands on!!!

I disagree. The GSR head flows better than any of them, reguardless of FI or NA.

Nuff Said...

Get whichever is cheaper, the ITR head will cost you alot more.
If you plan to modify the head, I.E. Cams, Springs, Retainers, then the ITR is a waste of money.
