that is what I was thinking. I did some looking and I am going to get .25mm oversized pistons and get it bored out. Oh well. One guy that I did trusted said that it would be cost effective to do it myself. He said since I honed the one cylinder .25mm oversized by accident while trying to take some scratches out of the cylinder, that I should do that to the other cylinders and gauge it using the oversized rings and the feeler gauge since it is only .25mm. I think that it would work but since it is a turbo engine I want it to be right. What do you think. My friend mark build a 302 with a blower that he drives everyday and it makes 400+ hp in an 1986 ranger. He used this cost effective method and made the 302 a 306.Thanks agian Schmoo.
