Run this by me again, you have one hose running into the pre turbo air intake. Where does the other hose run to from the catch can? :eh:

I have one hose from the crankcase breather to the catch can then to the pre turbo intake. then I have one hose from the valve cover to the pre turbo intake. So there are 2 hoses to the pre turbo intake and it still smokes. Sorry for the confusion. I called and ordered the parts needed to block off the hole for the breather and run another nipple fitting with the proper hose on it. Does this sound right to anyone or do i need to explain this alittle more. I have the gist of what I need to do but have never done this. Thanks for all of your help.

Sounds good to me (except get rid of the OEM crank case breather), I think it's better for the motor if you let the oem breather vent into the atmosphere since there's no emissions testing anyways, until you can remove it . I have some questions for you. Do you have any oil in your intercooler piping? Has your car ever overheated? Do you think it's possible that a small amount of oil is leaking past the seals in the turbo? What is the coolant level at in the reservoir?

Please stay out of boost until you figure out the problem, unless you want to possibly roast your ringlands.

no oil in ic pipe and the coolant level has not changed since the first 5 mins that i started the car after the rebuild. So do you really think that the stock crankcase breather really makes that much back pressure. I guess there is only one way to find out huh. Thanks guys I really appreciate it.

did I mention that even at idle it smokes for 5 min. then stops but as soon as I hit the gas it bellows a crap load of smoke and then burns off for 2-3 mins at idle then there is no smoke. thanks

The turbo seals might be shot if it's smoking at idle. Are you positive it's not a seal leaking?

it smokes at idle as soon as I started it up and id I let it idle for 2-3 mins it is fine but as soon as I hit the gas it bellows white smoke. Some more info for you carta is that the stock pcv was hooked up to the intake and after the rebuild there was no vapor coming out of the valve cover at all. Then one night I pulled the pcv valve out while still attacked to vaccuum and vapor started coming out again. I could not figure it out why it would do that. And also when I did this the car smoked less at idle after I hit the gas. I am waiting for honda to get my parts in so I will keep u updated. Thanks

Do a compression & leakdown test just incase. White smoke is usually coolant. Possibly a blown head gasket.

Reading > you.

He already did those. I am very curious as to what the results are, though.
