Code 43 means theres something wrong on the o2 circuit or fuel system, here are the possible problems.
o2 sensor
egr valve
fuel injectors
fuel injector resistor
fuel pump
fuel pressure regulatior

Check all these, make sure your o2 sensor wires aren't grounding or shorting out, run some fuel injector cleaner in case of clogged injectors. Those would be the things I would check first. Good luck, just ask if u need anymore help.

Reset the ECM to verify the problem. There might be a malfunction in the heated oxygen sensor circuit.

how do i check if these things are in working order? also if it were my o2 sensor or egr valve, wouldnt i throw a different code for these? if any of these were bad what kind of problems would i be having? thanks

well for ur o2 sensor, check it underneath ur car and make sure the wires aren't melted and grounded, I hear this happens alot. Does ur car ever misfire? Any other problems u can think of, o and take ur spark plugs out and see if they're rich lean or normal.
