Default Recommendation on engine

I own a 95 integra ls 4 door and i want to know what engine is more better jdm gsr or type R?. Also which engine is more compatable with turbo?

they are both great engines, the gsr would be better cause it has lower compression

(don't take this the wrong way, not trying to be an asshole.)

Research: ls/vtec, or something similar to a b18 block with a b16/b18/b20 vtec head. You will yield the best results for the cost most likely with that especially if you plan to turbo.

b20 for boost? I would rather have the b18...any of them.
