guess you should go with the suspension parts, you see me i had a few grand left over from after i bought my car, around 20K, parents gave it to me as my BD/Graduation present, i did Full Exhaust,Wheels,JDM Conversion,Koni Coilovers,and JDM ITR Motor, still had around a grand or so to get a new headunit....

350F/400R is what i got, feels preety good, just avoid the potholes man, are not friendly to the car, overall its preety good for me, you could go stiffer or softer depending what you are going to use the car the most for, me mostly DD, and tuesdays hit the track, at least 2x a month, cant really complain about the Koni GC set up, but might need to replace them with my other coilvers, i might have damaged them due to an pot hole i hit preety hard going around 40mph, should find out saturday afternoon.

Well it seems that i made my decision and i will be going w/ the Koni/GC suspension.... but i still dont know what spring rate to go w/.... what do you guys suggest.... 300F/350R or.. 350f/400r..... mainly daily driving w/ minimal track racing

Either one is going to be just fine. OTS is off the shelf. I am not too sure on the rates, though. The stiffer you go on the springs, the less adjustability you will have on the rebound in order to avoid bounciness. There are over two full turns in the Koni Yellow adjustability range, but with my 350F, 450R rates, I can't go less than 1/4 turn from full stiff without it being very bouncy.

What exactly makes the ride bouncy?? Do the spring rates have anything to do w/ the bounciness of the car??? So if you were in my situation as a Daily Driver/minaml to no track use.... would u take the 300F/350R or the 350F/400R????

According to a little search I did on H-T, I believe the OTS rates are 350F, 280R for the Integra. Just make your life easy and go with 350F, 450R (or 450F, 350R if you like it JDM style). It seems that is the most common custom rate chosen.

Stiffer in the front will leave the car with a little understeer. It will be safer if you don't know the capabilities of the suspension because the stiffer rates in the back will result in a little bit of oversteer, which can cause the car to spin out.
The good thing about Ground Controls is that the springs are interchangeable. Say you ordered 350 lb/in and 450 lb/in springs. You could either choose to put the 350's in the front, 450's in the rear or vice versa.
