Default 1990 Integra - A/C Relay

Hello guys new to this forum

My 1990 integra A/C and heater only works on the "HIGH" position. I figured it was the blower motor but come to find out this past weekend after replacing the Blower motor that was not the problem. So the next step is to replace my relay?? Can someone tell me where this relay is? and how to replace it? or point me to a link to read on it. I did read my manuel but it was not specific on where it is.

Many thanks
Oscar Manalansan

P.S. replacing that blower motor was a pain in the A$$!!! but got it done.

I did just install a JVC Cd player in it as well

Thanks in advance

It actually sounds like you may need to get it recharged. Have you ever had it checked?

If it was the relay, you would get no cold at all, which is why I don't think it is the relay. Have the refrigerant checked, and check the compressor and belt.

If you just start replacing parts without actually knowing what the problem is, you are going to end up spending twice as much and replace more parts that didn't need to be replaced like your blower.

When i do turn the speed to low/medium with the A/C button down you can tell the car thinks the A/C is on the engine RPM decreases. But nothing blows out. Thought this might help distingush whats wrong with her.

I recall reading in my manuel "if some speed do not opereated correctly check the relay"

again thank again
