ACT all the way!!! Stay away from any Mulit Staged or 3+ Puck Designs. There very high maintnence, and would be overkill without a built engine.

OEM replacement unless you need a stronger clutch for some reason.

The stock clutch sucks, I'd go aftermarket. ACT felt really nice to me in my friend's G3 and I liked the Centerforce I had in my 240.

I'm running a type R pressure plate and disk on my 93 GSR. Pedal effort is pretty much stock. Grabs a bit harder than the stock GSR disk/pressure plate setup. Works great for my daily driver with mods.

Is the clutch adjusted properly?

Otherwise, your tranny is on its way out.

the 93 GSR tranny's are well known for having weak synchros. 232,000 miles, i don't doubt that it'll need some rebuilding soon.
