i picked up a b20b for $565 out the door.a few bucks for oil firlters and fluids and ended up spending about $700 total. took me about 2 full days to swap in with your common tool box and cheapo air tools and compressor. i would have shat myself if i was told $2600 for a used motor and swap!!! seriously that is like $2k for install for 2 days worth of work. and since he has a lift and everything needed it probably should only take about 1 full day maybe 1.5 days. its not a hard swap at all. i think you got jacked as far as price goes. but that is my opinion
