From someone who has done this. Stick woth your stock wheel. Your gonna disable your air bag, your horn and all your steering wheel controls and then you won't be able to clearly see your gauges since the smaller diameter gets in the way. To boot that steering wheel you are considering looks gay.

most states require that you have a fully working horn. check with your local laws.

I'd be more worried about the loss of the air bag than the horn. h:

Well the guy that owned the car before me swapped in a newer gsr interior and he said something about the steering wheel not fitting right, so the outside is black, and the airbag part is tan...looks really ugly, plus its faded, and the airbad and horn arent connected anyway cause of what he did.

Look for a used SRS reel, that is most likely what is fucked up. When you replace that all the functions of the steering wheel should come back. Only one drive will fit the spline for the steering column, so it has to be an Integra steering wheel. Also, if you clean the airbag real well, and prime it, you can hit it with duplicolor semi gloss black paint and it sticks pretty well and matches the black steering wheel. That is what I did and no-one can even tell the difference.

I have an aftermarket steering wheel and my horn works fine, but g2 doesn't have airbags. If you can get the stock one to work, I'd definitely stick with that for the airbag...trust me, it is worth it to have it.
