Just picked up my GR-2s and I got a set of progress springs to boot. Wish me luck.

Those are the same shocks and struts I have. I am very pleased with them. Also, with the LCA's, just soak them in WD-40 or something of that sort. It'll help with loosening them and and pulling them out. The first time I pull mine off they made alot of noise, i thought i was going to break something. Plus, they kept on sticking to the bushing in the control arm.

When putting them back on give them a heavy bath in anti-sieze.

Just have a plan B if you really can't get one of them out.

Cool, let me know how it goes and how you like them. I'm looking at those for the stock DA, cuz it needs them. LCAs? The bolts that hold the shocks onto the arm or the actual LCA bolt itself?

the ones that go hold the shock to the LCA. they are notorious for being frozen. When I did my suspension I eventually cracked the head and then the threaded portion of the bolt trying to get it out. I had to take the shock and LCA off the car together and then hacksaw between the bushing and shock. Then I could press the bushing out.

I had to replace the bushings in the back because they were so seized up because of the rust , front suspension went fine tho.
