You were right about the notch. I posted a thread earlier about that. And as far as the ride height the rear is about 1/4" higher than it was with the coilovers and the front is a good 1/2" lower. All in all I like it alot. Its exactly what I wanted. The ride is not nearly as bumpy as it was with the coilovers and I still got an agressive stance.
