Thanks! That's awesome, I have a hose that is either loose, detached, or broken somewhere and I didn't even know where to start to looking for it as it was not in plain sight. Maybe I can find it now. THANKS!!!! RARRRR!

Well after lots of messing around and all the help I got on here, I think I have everything right. My vacuum conections seem much better, and my car idles at 700 rpm instead of 1500-2000. The only thing I need to do to finish it is figure out what to do about the line that goes from the air intake into the dashpot valve into the throttle body. As I have an CAI from the CRX right now, I just have a hose hanging there. I am thinking about making something using a Valve Cover Breather filter and getting a dashpot valve from a dealer.

Also I replaced my O2 sensor when I fixed the lines, and I have to say that my mileage has increased. I was getting 12mpg and now its much better.

Just wanted to say Thanks for all the help everyone!

pics of the working setup would be excellent, this is one of the problems I've been having as well. Could you also give a picture or three of your wiring?
