you did two things wrong

1) you bought a car from ebay
2) you bought a car that was screwed with

you say you want it 100% stock... the reason most people are looking for stock cars is because, well, there aren't alot of shady things going on.

this guy obviously was tinkering with it more than a bit and i for one wouldn't think of buying it-- i wish you would have posted sooner, but since it is too late i hope that it all works out for you.

for all we know it could be running really well, and why throw out the turbo if it's in perfect running condition-- but be warned, you must look for anything thats wrong with the car.

I jsut bought a EG6 with:
I got it for 3500 bucks, I thought it was to good to be true, but it wasnt, the guy just needed the money. That is completly true tho, that unless you have owned the car for 100 percent of the time or have all the receipts for the car then there is always a chance.
