I'll keep an eye out for you man. I'll try my best to keep up with it, if I see it. I am at Los Alamitos right now (next to Long Beach). I'll let you know asap.

My condolences.

I'm near CSUN, so I'll have an eye out and an ear to the ground. :hs:

Also, watch the OC and LA craigslist boards. If they're stupid enough to fence the parts locally, you may be able to intercept the sale.

Stickied.

thanks for all of your support and to the mod for making this a sticky.

has anybody experienced this or know of somoene who has? My Insurance company is currently covering one month of car rental. When do they decide it's totally gone and negotiate a settlement with me? hopefully within the 30 days?

it depends on what your contract says. as for them finding it if you had full coverage theya re probably better off not finding it.

good luck man, i've been there, it sucks.

this is a suggestion that i got from one of they guys on team-integra ( those that represent slc, ut...) anyways he said he has a clutch lock, stainless steel, locks the seat and clutch pedal and can not be bypassed in ANY way, i forget the name of the company who makes it, but he said, once registared on the website and i quote "should your vehicle ever by stolen by thieves, we will write a check for up to $5000 for or product not helping you to secure your investment" so...in short im going to find out more about it and post it when i find it....
