yeah I've heard the prostreet belt comes from the same supplier as the honda one. Its not like your honda belt is made in japan by a bunch of Honda engineers in white lab coats. Honda buys it from some vendor and puts their name on it.
Honda "OEM" filters are made by Fram...

or filtech, or honeywell, or one other company i can't remember. but they're made to honda spec.

I understand that, but here's a fact that you may or may not know. When I get the timing belt serviced by a Honda tech, they will not warranty the part if it's not a genuine Honda part. (In a Honda bag with a Honda logo on the belt). I'd rather have the work and parts with a warrantee, if you know what I mean.

The genuine Honda timing belt ran me $85, my butt hole is raw. :shhh:
