BTW, any suggestion for removing vtec valve springs, i know C-clamp style valvespring compressor work but with a special extension i can't find

i must be ghetto, i removed mine with a 12mm socket, and extension, and a mallet. juss put the 12mm on the retainer, centered, and give the end of the extension a couple whacks, works efficiently , and it holds the keepers in the area of the socket
