Default window tint problem

I'm having a problem with my door windows. Ever since i bought them, they have a tendency to 'stick' to the upper molding. What i mean is, when the window is fully up, and i lower it, it 'snags' on the modling for a split second then pops down. When raising the window, the part of the window that curves most, hits the modling before any other part of the window gets near, this causes a lot of pressure and you can see the window actually push out so it can finish raising all the way.

My window movement otherwise is smooth and not sluggish.

this pressure is preventing me from tinting my front windows, the tint just peels off as the window is raised. Is there some way i can adjust the track? i've taken off the door panel and removed the plastic garbage but i can not see any place to adjust the window mechanism.

i could post pics if needed

thanks
