This car is seriously fucking with me now. I overheated on the freeway on the way home from work today. I was losing coolant somewhere. From what I can see, it is coming from some hose underneath the intake manifold, so hopefully, it is unrelated to all the work I did this weekend. I am going to take a look at it right now and see if I can pinpoint the leak and seal it somehow.

Tell me about it. I must have pissed it off or something.

Anyway, a little vacuum cap that was capping off the extra coolant passage that the Skunk2 manifold exploded and leaked all my coolant out. This little shitty piece of rubber cost me an hour and a half waiting on the side of the freeway for the flatbed and $10 to get it towed to my house. It was totally unrelated to what I was doing over the weekend, but so fucking convenient and coincidental. Don't mind my dirty ass fingers...I practically ripped my engine apart this weekend, so they are really messed up.

Looks like what happens to a hot dog when you microwave it too long. LOL...hopefully now you can catch a break. And don't worry I still have a little bit of shit under my fingernails from helping my brother w/his front brakes this past sunday. He said the front right disk was making a noise so he wanted to replace the pads and rotors. Well, that did'nt help. I told him it was the hub assembly, but he had already bought the parts. He had it replaced monday. It was the hub, cracked in 2 places. But hey, at least now he has good brakes!!!
