The noice your hearing is most likely due to 1 of 3 things. They are like way newer than what you had in there so they may need to break in a little. Or 3 you may be hearing the valves not the springs, in case they were not adjuested correctly, but you've done that a million times over so I doubt it is 3, but just in case...
I am going to be ripping it apart again today after work and putting my old valvesprings in since I know those worked.

I was about to say... a noise valvespring sounds like it might be binding at full lift. Talk about your ticking timebombs. :noes:

Is it possible, now just brain storming here. Maybe, just maybe...the ITR valve springs and CTR cams won't work together w/o the exception of this noise??? Did you consider CTR valve springs? Would that have even fit? Not sure, just saying...
