Type R cams

Type R cams
I have some type r cams (not sure if they are CTR or ITR), can anyone tell me how identify these? How else can I do it besides measuring (or if i can't where can i find the specs)?

On the distro side of the cams there should be 2 rings ingraved on the cams going all the way around. It's at the very end. That will tell you if there type r cams. But I don't know how to tell ctr between ITR. Hope I helped out somewhat.
