Wow... You've been in a closet for a tid bit haven't you?

B18C5 97+ is for USDM Spec ITRs
B18C 96+ JDM ITRS
B18C3 is I believe Australian...
B18C4 is I believe UK
etc....

Not too sure bout the last two, but I know for certain everything else is right. The JDM ITR Engine Code only had B18C stamped on them. C5s were USDM

only non JDM engines had the number stamped on them. the only way to tell the difference is the headstamp, and for reference to wether we are talking about a b18cR (type-r) or a b18c (SiR-G) motor is to simplify it.

to be correct it would be a P72-B18C for the SiR-G or PR3-B18C for type r's, but no one knows what that is talking about at all.

for europe it would be B18C6.

but i was referring to US ITRs. and some of the 97's were made in 96, that is why
I listed 96-01.

yeah I live in a closet...

Default h22 in a 92 civic...

I have a 92 Civic LX with a h22a1 motor in it, the power is impressive, and in every gear when I hit vtech it gives a great boost. If you check the forums u can see that there are mount kits available to mount the A/c in a civic after you have done the swap. Just to let u know... never encountered anything quite as fun as a huge engine in a little car, if you lived in oregon I would let you drive it if u wanted.

Hope it helps...
