The intercooler is on and so is the front bumper......do i cut the stock plastic pieces and show the IC or keep it hidden.....hidden doesnt get as much air.
Im not going for sleeper since i have a pillar pod and 3" exhaust

I'm sure it will be just as functional with it in. The loss of air will most likely not be that great.

94-97 front bumpers are hard to get as good of airflow as a 98-01 front bumper. I didn't cut anything out on mine and have it painted black and it works just fine.

^ agreed with shmoo... don't cut anything and paint it black... it just keeps the look clean and is sleeper (although your not goin for it)

i forget, did you just buy any black paint and just sprayed it flat black?

It is a glossy black spray paint that I just had lying around in the cabinet.

I would be worried about running anything 3" in California, especially San Diego. Those cops know whats up and having one pop your hood and see all those illegal goodies won't be a good thing. 2.5" all the way back is the widest I will go in California.

Yea i was debating it with GSsr the other day.
3' is going to be loud.
so you just sprayed it, no other prep work needed?
