ES bushings install post-game
I installed the majority (front UCA/LCA and rear LCA bushings) of the Energy Suspension bushing master kist this weekend.
It was pretty a pretty tough job, i had all the right tools and it still took my 2 days. Unless you live in Arizona and have under 10K on your car, plan on needing a 20-ton press. The front upper and rear control arm bushings popped out without too much trouble problem on the press. But the front lower control arm bushings took everything short of the wrath of God to get them out. (lots of heat and LOTS of pressure) Also whenever you disconnect the front endlinks, make sure you grab on to the endlink itself with wrench. I got lazy and pushed against one of the endlinks and snapped it in half. (what the hell is with those plastic welds anyway?!?!)
I've been driving this car for 3 years and im pretty in tune with how it feels and I couldn't tell the slightest difference on normal driving. Any spirited driving will have to wait till i fix the endlink, so I can't really vouch for the performance.

Yeah I read several posts on H-T earlier where guys are like "yeah i just pushed mine out with a C-clamp and some boards" That is total BS, I took one look at mine and knew there was no way.
I even had one the rear shock bolts completely fused in the bushing and when I tried to unscrew it the head just snapped off I ended up having to cut the ABS wire and pull the LCA+shock out as one piece then bend the bottom bracket of the shock out a little to get it off of the LCA so I could press out the bushing. Luckily I'm getting new shocks and springs soon anyway.
