5w 20 is the standard ... it's up to you if you wanna use full synthetic or not... depending on the condition of your motor... it may leak more and burn through oil very quick if you do synthetic

I use Mobil 1 full synthetic 5w30.

For radiator fluid, a 50/50 mix is fine.
