ITR and GSR valvetrain
how do u tell the difference between gsr valvesprings and retainers from the ITR valvesprings and retainers. Also, what is the rpm limit on ITR valvetrain. Can u use ITR valvetrain on on crower 402 or jun II cams?

The ITR and GSR retainers are identical. The ITR valvesprings are dual springs and the GSR are only single springs.
The 402's are pretty mild, so I think that you should be able to use them and rev out to 8.5k if you are making power that far.

In addition...
The same blue valve springs are used in both the GSR & ITR head. Therefore, cheapest way to upgrade a GSR valvetrain to ITR spec is to put the blue springs on the other side, buy 8 yellow valve springs, inner valve springs and voila, ITR valvetrain.
A good option that is proven to work is yellow springs all the way around + portflow inner valve springs. This option has proven to work upto 12mm lift.
