My buddy had H&R springs with Bilstein shocks and an Engalls (sp?) camber kit on his '99 GSR. I thought it was a really sweet setup. It handled really well and had a really nice drop. Like 0 fenderwell gap front and back.

Poor build quality, poor ride quality...everyone I know that has had tokico shocks has been disappointed in the ride, handling, and the durability of the shock...they all switched to koni, kyb, or a full coilover.

Last I checked, KYB and Tokico were different companies.

I am running Neuspeed sport springs and GR-2 shocks (soon to be upgraded to Koni Yellow/GC setup) and it is a nice ride and a perfect drop. That is probably the cheapest you want to go on both springs and shocks if you want a decent ride and reliability.
