Default looking to avoid a scam!

I have been in negotiationswith crazx23lvr44 for the past 2 months
involvong a tranny and motor. We both agreed that yesterday was a
day at which a refund would be sent. So far I have heard nothing and
am hoping that this is not leading to yet another scam. I have held my
head high and given Eric the benefit fo the doubt, but my patience is wearing thin. Eric, if you read this note, please do the right thing and
refund my son and I the monies that are do us. I have gone out of my
way to not trash you on this forum and would appreciate you honoring
your word. The amount that needs to be refunded is $1950.00 and I have
agreed to pay for the money order and overnight mail charges. Please
Eric, do the right and honest thing here.

Thank you

Doug

Leave it where its at in the Parts Classified section...No need for this to be spread to the Integra forum.....Theres no need to post this because he is not going to send you the money, he is not going to read your posts...I know it sucks but take it as a lesson learned...You should have known better a "built" LS engine come on now especially at 1400 wow..you could have gotten a full H swap for less than that.

Default possible scam

This situation did involve an Integra and rather than be an ass about it, maybe you show some sympathy and possibly save someone else the misfortune I have gone thru. Just a thought!

It's not getting closed and ignored, it's being referred to the rest of the administration.

This is the first I've heard of this particular member or this problem.

Doug is certainly entitled to air a legitimate grievance and issue fair warning to others. It's an unfortunate situation, but your comments about "leaving it" aren't helping. :a:

Default scammed

Thank Dave. I have been very patient with this forum member hoping to
resolve this matter friendly, but it appears that it may not be turning out
well. My intent was to warn others so that they coudl avoid my most
unfortunate situation. I may be an fool, but I'm hoping Eric will come thru
with the refund that he owes my son and I.

Thanks for your support.

No sweat.
I'll be in touch with you via PM.

So that this thread doesn't blow up into a huge mess, I'm locking it for the time being. If any further developments come to light, Doug, please PM or email me.
