What do you think I should buy for tires on my teg? 215's will fit, right? and are 45's too tall? will they rub. I just wanna get a tire that is fat enough I don't have to have panic attacks when I hit a pothole in the road and worry bout bending or cracking my rims, so...:

215/40? or 215/45?

To maintain that profile you'd need 35s, but 45s will be huge. I'd say 40s. How wide are your rims?

 

the 215's will raise your car up a bit too...the overall diameter is higher (the sidewall number '45' isnt a straight measurement, it's a ratio of the treadwidth).

i sold tires for 3 years, and avoided 215's altogether on integras

 

205/40/17 to keep close to overall diameter to keep your odometer in check
