yes its a 2000 ls integra motor in a 94 civic and my clutch seemed kinda sloppy when i got the car cause the kid said it shifted kinda hard and it def needs to be bled cause the fluid is dark in color. i think if i do a proper bleeding of the clutch it might be fine. cause its almost like the clutch dont work at all now and i tried bleeding it and i dont think i did it properly so i got directions and im gonna give it another try.

so i tried to bleed the clutch properly and then take it for a ride. now it seems to shift a hell of a lot smoother then before. i think all it needed was a good bleeding

Sounds to me like it was adjusted wrong. If the slave is pre-loaded, that's most likely the problem.

If there's a leak anywhere then you could have air in the lines, but it would be harder to shift... not easier. That's why I think your clutch was adjusted improperly.

Back the master cylinder rod out of the clutch pedal at a little and see if it grabs better. You may have to adjust the clutch swith's position if it's resting on it. Look for fluid leaking inside the car while you're down there. Check the slave and make sure it's moving properly in and out when someone presses the clutch. When they're off the clutch, see if you can wiggle the slave a little bit on the fork. If it's tight, it's pre-loaded, and that will eventually turn your clutch and your engine's thrust bearing to goo.

well after i took it for a ride, after bleeding the clutxch it seemed fine but an hour later i started the car again and it was very hard to put into gear. but as the car warms up and i go drive it, it seems to shifts fine at times and sometimes its very hard to down shift i just dont know why. i know it must have to do with the clutch tho cause i can shift without the clutch and there is no grinding when i shift.

Check your gear oil. Park it on level ground, pull the fill plug off the front of the transmission, and if nothing drips out, stick your finger in the hole and see if you can get it wet. Your transmission is supposed to be filled up dead-even with that line where the fill plug is when your car is parked on level ground. I forget what size the fill plug is on a Honda.

If your synchros run dry, your car will shift like crap and it's only a matter of time before something goes boom. Being able to rev-match your shifts is possible whether or not your transmission is dry.

Did you check for free-play at the clutch fork and was it pre-loaded? Did you try adjusting the master cylinder? Were there any hydraulic fluid trails running down the firewall from the master? Just curious.

If none of this stuff points to your problem, then you'll need to think about pulling your transmission. You should closely inspect these points before throwing money into that because you could end up replacing your clutch and still having the same problem.

Edit: The master cylinder usually leaks INSIDE the car.

ok well ill try all the things you said and ill get back to you. i do know that it is not leaking inside the car cause i checked. But i started my car and i put it in reverse before is tarted it and i pushed in the clutch and started it and it started moving backwards like the clutch wasnt even working. so im pretty sure its the clutch not working properly my tranny is fine far as i was told.

There are no leaks at all because my fluid isnt going down its still perfect so maybe it has to do with the slave cylinder or just the clutch needs to be totally adjusted im not to sure. maybe you can figure it out from what ive told you so far.

just tear down the tranny. Im having problem putting mines into gear at idle but shift fine when moving. Im ending up having my tranny tore down with a new act clutch. Might as well since my tranny is leaking.
