Need expert opinion on this car I'm buying

I got my GSR as theft recovery and they had ripped off the Vtec badge. Although all the sticky goo was still on there.
Salvage laws are different in every state. I got mine from VA and its pretty easy there, I was even able to somehow snatch it up before the salvage title was issued. But here in PA I hear it is a royal pain in the ass.

good luck
I hope all goes well for you. It seems like it might be a big gamble since you didn't actually have a chance to see and drive the car in person.
I just bought my son his first car, a 95 Integra 3-door. It appeared great and drove nice, but we're going to have to drop probably another $3500.00
into it to get to the point where it will be safe and fun to drive.
Good luck and I hope all goes well!

Most GSR coupes or sedans are well worth fixing up. I'd take one of them over a comparable new car which would be in the $20K+ range these days.
If I had kids, their first car wouldn't be a integra coupe or civic hatch though. It's way too easy for them to get drawn into trouble with other kids wanting to race them on the streets.

Well I got the car, it was a long agonizing drive. 680 miles 1 way. Drove for 36 hours with no sleep. It was worth it though. Car is almost in perfect condition. Body is in great shape, it drives superb, everything works, its all stock ready for me to mod it.
No sign of any frame damage, it may have been in a wreck of some sort, if you look extremely close where the front right quarter panel meets up with the bumper its not flush, and something is quirky with the driver side window, sometimes when you shut it there is a small gap in the window and the rubber, have to do it right so it seals. There is a very small light discoloration on the rear left side. The car has been repainted white, but they did a very nice job. It just has a few minor things to fix on the interior, nothing major.
Now I just need to get some security stuff in it and then plan out my mods.
