hondahookup has them for download free
as for that accord swap, i'm guessing they are doing a h-series install. in that case it would be more helpful to get ahold of a prelude manual as they cover those motors. as for the install into the accord it is pretty straight forward and the helms might be glanced at for an exact number on a torque or something but thats about it.... but if i were to recieve one as a gift i would still be more than thankful because of the mass amount of useful other information they give.

Should i also pick up new head gasket, and head bolts? i will rent a torque wrench from autozone and do the work. Does anyone have a a copy of this page from the Helms manual? I would be indebted forever. Once this is done im going to take it to a shop to have them put on the new TB(OEM). I have no clue about setting the timing, nor do i have a timing gun. Thanks in advance.

If you're not removing the head, you won't need the gasket or head bolts. Were any of the valves broken, or just bent?

ok yes i have done valves, and i havent ever seen and ls head go for 60 dollars. they dont even sell sohc cams for that much here. my teacher in auto's had a machine to fix bent valves and it really wasnt that bad. so like i said why would you go and replace the head when all that needs replacing is the valves that are broken?! if your going to do it yourself and have never done it, i dont suggest it. but if you know someone who knows what they are doing, go for it. but if you have to get it done by some one just get another head. but even then the novice mechanic can easy mess up the head gasket and then you have more problems down the road. so.....either way it could be a pain the ass, and the fact that its a honda!

I don't know where you get your parts, but I see complete LS/B20 heads under $100 all the time. Replacing a head is less labor intensive than doing all the valves IMO, and you don't have to worry about losing the keepers. Plus, if you pull valves and see some are broken, you're going to have to pull the head anyways to get the broken pieces out of the cylinder.
