Default supercharge my gsr!!

im pretty excited fellas i am going to put my order in next month or so at jackson racing for their supercharger kit i believe it is about 2200$ anyways the local shop i have been going to for about 4 years sayed they would install it for about 350, then a little trip to the dyno and ill be set. i have a 2000 bone stock gsr, dont know why but ima get my supercharger on and ready before i even do my suspension but who cares ill have my supercharged gsr right. ill keep you guys posted. im hoping it puts me into the 13's what you guys think? possibility?

i need to stay reliable and i will still be puttin down about 200 to the wheels and reliable as ever with a turbo i could possibly have lots of trouble or no trouble just not worth the hastle plus i live in arizona so it gets pretty fuckin hot here

I have the 8lb kit right now on my 2k GSR, with slicks, going for high 12s this spring. It's an excellent daily driving/track setup.

true, but even a SC inst relieable. my buddy had a 99-00 gsr and it was SC'd. thing was in the shop all the time. but with a SC and mabye a few mods/weight reduction u might be getn to 13s. what about exhaust, id go 2.5 atleast. if you dont upgrade your exhaust bad things can happen, and i mean entire not just ebay muff

FI will always create problems one way or another. Although my opinion is that you should learn to install it yourself. That way once stuff goes wrong, you can fix it yourself. otherwise you'll be dependent on that shop Everytime something goes wrong.

It's also one of the best parts of modding cars.

Turbo's make alot more hp and are much more tunable. And can be very reliable if set up properly, but if you have ur heart set on a S/C Tegbooster has 1 for 1k bucks.
