I run 205/45/16's with a 16x7 +42mm offset, 2" front/1.75" rear drop. No rubbing except on u-turns.

They're 16x7 40mm offset. I think I'll brave the 205/45/16. I know that rear will be fine but I'm a little worried about the front.
