Nevermind, I had a huge brainfart and I interpreted the picture completely wrong.
Anyways, just remove that little nut holding the stock GSR one on, pull out the spring, put it back in the LS pulley and then retighten the nut.

Yours doesn't look correct to me. That pulley doesn't look anything like a GSR or LS pulley.

AH no no its for the throttle body. i have the Skunk@ mani w/ type R thottle cable. (off topic: the LS crank pulley is the same as GSR crank right)

They are different. The GSR is the only unique one because the others all pull from the driver's side and the GSR pulls from up top.
