Thanks for the input guys, i thought though once you get the car to go really fast it will outhandle the Integra because front wheel drives have understeer at high speeds, i want an autocross car so i was thinking the AWD will be better than the front wheel drive?

I think it depends on the suspension tuning. The type r seems to do well and its a ff. Sway bars are different and body rigidity is higher. IVe herd the rs isn't that fast stock. With a turbo it makes so much power and torque it will rip the gear box apart. Sport compat did a turbo rs. Made almost 300 hp and ripped through the gear box and they said it was maxing out the manifold exhaust amoung other things.

However, I personally would recommend getting the gsr. More aftermarket support (yes more), and stock for stock the b18c is a far superior engine IMO.

Im sorry....2.5's are just horribly slow. Even with bolt-ons...you're ONLY cure is turbo, and turbo'ing an RS is NOT as simple as a Honda. No way. Even then you STILL will be around the quickness of a stock turbo LS in a straight line, which to many guys who drop the cash for FI, isnt fast enough.
My opinion...RS' are nice looking and decent cars. If you want to build for speed, dont get one. If you want AWD, get a DSM.
They're nice, but for the money and effort it takes to get it going, its completely not worth it.

on that note, think you could cram one into a G3 teg?
