I definitely say take the R over the S2000. It's a hell of a lot quicker though not as tight in the turns, from I've heard and read anyway.

I couldn't stand having a yellow car though. White looks so much better...

the s2k is better on so many levels

the s2k is faster, and if you know how to drive RWD, just as agile

+50/50 weight dist.
+better creature comforts
+it's a roadster

Type-R all the way. It's more rare and you have more room in the back. the s2k is fast but the handling on the type-r is exceptional. weigh out your options though as you probably don't want to daily drive a type R, let alone a phoenix yellow R

Not really. The Type-R is a pretty amazing vehicle. The S2000 will have more tossability if you are looking the idea of powering through a turn with your tail out, but the Type-R is probably one of the best reasonably prices sports compacts ever produced. Drive them both on a track and you will find that out quickly. Ask me how I know.

Umm..wow....
I don't think you have ever driven both...
It's nice to have a list of cars on the sig...but to say the s2k is not really better than the Type R Integra shows that you have no clue what real driving is and the fact that you have yet to drive an S2K. The Type R can handle, I know, I've driven both the S2K and ITR...But to say the S2K powers out of a turn is stupid, the S2K more or less IMO is underpowered for what it is...It does make up for it by being able to out handle most top of the line sports cars that have 100+ more HP and cost 10 of thousands more. The S2000 was built and design by the same engineers that worked on the NSX... to say it isn't better by far than the Type R is just idiocy
