Default freak LS motors?

ok ive had my LS for about 10 months now. im beginning to think i have one of the few "freak" motors because my motor seems to be very strong. the motor has about 164k on it and the thing runs like a champ. my question is what did the honda guys do at the factory to mistakingly produce these engines? is it anything internally?

How do you judge that, butt dyno/street races? Or do you have real dyno sheets and track times?

There are factory freaks. Some come out better than others, it has been proven...well it was for Mustangs anyways.

I don't really think there is a glitch. What hard evidence do you have to prove your motor is faster than anyone else's with comparable mileage? I have 140k on my motor and it runs like a champ at 10 psi daily driven, but I don't really think anything of it.

Maybe it is in fact the owner that helps these motors be better than others. With proper maintenence, everything is a lot healthier and will perform better than someone who neglects their motor.

It could be lots of things....maybe your motor is in better shape, IE ring and valve seal, so it has better compression. Maybe they need tuneups...who knows. There are always variables, no 2 engines are the same. You could build 2 exact motors, and they would make different power, and require different tunes.
