Default psi on stock b18- internals $$

whats the max i can run on a slightley modified b18- non vtec , i just have exhaust and intake for the car and how much does it normally run to get full forged internals-thanks

6-7psi would be best if you want to get the most out of it.

Your intake doesn't matter on turbos. I recommend you actually learn about turbos before you venture into doing it to your car. Full forged/sleeved can run 3-5k.

i dont think you know anything about turbo's. you really need to research, boost is more advanced than intake and exhaust.

i know that doessent make a diff , i researched and i knwo what im talking about, they just took it the wrong way in regards to what i said about exhaust and intake.

well i just ordered part of my internals today and i spent 1500 bucks on rings rods pistons and the darton sleeve kit...and that doesnt include what labor would normally cost u to have the sleeves installed...i have my own shop so i lucked out there...a breakdown would be 300 for rods, 72 bucks for the rings, 420 bucks for pistons, 630 bucks for sleeves...

friend of mine ran 12lbs on a t3t4 and made 226whp completly stock motor with dsm450's car never had any problems

5-10 for daily driver, you can take it up to 12 every now and then, but i wouldn't roll pass 10 to be sure.. i know for facts, i've tuned stock gsr's and ls's on 8-10 psi.. ran fine for years.still running strong.
